The Role

The role of a Lifeguard is to supervise the pool during swim hours, ensure safety rules are adhered to the highest standard, teach swimming lessons, and pitch in in any way she can.

Before Camp:

  • Submit certification for our records

    • During Camp:

    • Swim Supervision
      • Teach swimming lessons
    • Enforce safety system, rules
    • Being flexible with any schedule changes that inevitably occur
    • Collaborate with the camp administration on the rules set in place for your specific position
    • Assist other staff members with their jobs when not on duty. This includes ODing when necessary

    After Camp:

  • Submit feedback
