Head Staff

The Role

The role of the Head Staff member is to prepare properly for her job, execute her job in camp, and be a team player with her fellow staff members.

She is a Dugma Chaya for the campers she interacts with, and is there to help make camp run smoothly in any way she can.

Before Camp (if applicable):

  • Plan activities/schedules/programs
  • Work with fellow head staff members
  • Submit supplies and printing lists

    • During Camp:

  • Execute job
  • Be a team player and pitch in with other jobs
  • Be a Dugma Chaya

    • After Camp:

  • Provide list of inventory
  • Submit feedback

    • What to expect from us:

  • Staff gifts and appreciation
  • Staff programs, shiurim, and farbrengens
  • Comfortable lodgings
  • Support
    • Salary: individual based on job, outlined in your contract
